Hi, I’m Stockton Jones, the owner of Star Valley Tech. I was born and raised in Soldotna, Alaska, where my passion for technology began during high school. I worked as an IT temp for my local school district, reimaging computers, making Ethernet cables, and providing tech support to teachers and staff. That experience ignited my enjoyment of helping others with technology.

After graduating in 2016, I worked for a local computer repair company, HiSpeedGear, where I repaired phones, laptops, iPads, tablets, and printers. I also earned certifications as a Toshiba printer repair technician. Later, I joined AT&T, where I gained valuable knowledge about phones and cellular networks. My career took me to Idaho Falls, where I met my wife, Viola, who grew up in Afton, WY.

After we married, I worked for Vivint, helping families turn their homes into smart homes with security cameras and automation technology. In 2024, Viola and I moved to Star Valley to help on her family’s farm and put down roots in the community where we’re raising our family.
